Into The Forest

Into the Forest I run

A hard day

I need just get away 

Stop

My mind races

I run deep into the Forest

Where the sun does not shine so

Where  I am embraced by Natures arms

On the lap of Gaia I lay

I breathe

I weep

I put my hands down

 on the earth

I feel her energy

I release.......................

Into the Earth>>>>>>>>>>> go now and do not return

Into the Earth go.................. never to return

Fill Me Mother now with light and love

Sparkling light surrounds me thrice round and so bound

In the light and love

I rise and walk

 back to my path

I walk and walk 

Talking with my many a friends

Thanking them

From the Forest I emrge

Touched and changed

From the forest my spirit surges
